Alta Oceanside's income requirement is 2.5x , 5x Guarantor.

How long does approval take?

Approval typically takes 24-72 hours.If additional details are needed our team at Alta Oceanside will reach out.

How can I pay rent?

You can pay rent via Portal/Drop off Certified Funds.

Do you offer short-term leases?

Our shortest lease term is 6 months. We also offer a month to month upon renewal.

What do I need for move-in?

Executed Lease, Renter's Insurance, SDGE Electric Acct No, Move-in Funds in Certified Funds.

Is parking assigned? How many spaces per apartment?

Yes: 1 for bedrooms, up to 2 spaces. For 2 & 3 bedrooms (1 per lease holder per registered vehicle).

Do you have breed restrictions?

Yes; Pit Bull Terriers/Staffordshire Terriers,Rottweilers,Doberman Pinschers, Chows,Presa Canarios, Akitas,Alaskan Malamutes and Wolf-hybrids.

Do I need an appointment to tour?

No, but it is highly recommended. Our team at Alta Oceanside can better plan for your visit when an appointment is scheduled.

How long does the application take?

The application typically takes 10-15 minutes.

What lease terms do you offer?

We offer lease terms of 6-18 months (subject to change).

What options do I have for cable and Internet?

For cable and Internet, your options include COX or AT&T.

Is there Wi-Fi in common areas?

Yes, Wi-Fi is available in common areas.

How much notice do I need to give before moving out?

We require a 60 days’ written notice prior to your intended move-out date. Please contact our leasing office to begin the move-out process.

What's your move-out checklist / deposit return policy?

Our move-out checklist and deposit return timeline will be provided closer to your move-out date. In general, deposits are returned within 14 business days after move-out, less any applicable deductions for damages beyond normal wear and tear.
